Job Description  :

The Business Development Manager will be working for a successful and innovate communications and technology business that provide business customers with mobile, hosted telephony, security and IT support.

The Role:

  • The Business Development Manager will achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Inbound and Outbound calling, building rapport with existing and new clients generating opportunities.
  • Meeting with clients face to face or on video call and closing sales
  • Accurately completing all customer details, meeting our quality process at all times.
  • Updating and Maintain CRM
  • Managing and reporting on a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Updating customer records on the database, maintaining your sales pipeline
  • Always maintaining a professional approach and manner

Skills & Experience required: 

  • Stong knowledge of unified communications (mobile, hosted telephony, VoIP and connectivity) 
  • Experience of B2B sales of telecommunication and/or technology
  • Have a track record of over-achieving targets
  • Have a strong telephone manner with experience of high call volumes
  • Experience working with Dynamics/Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Possess strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
