We are hiring for a Provisioning Coordinator for a successful telecommunications business.
Responsible for managing and implementing changes for customer's managed telecoms services. Ensuring changes are completed within the customer's SLAs.
Assess customer change request requirements and validate prior to passing onto suppliers/the engineering team to action the changes. A good understanding of Internet and Telecoms protocols is expected.
Handling customer change requests.
Responsible for co-ordinating projects implementing various Network Services. Processing orders and complex orders for customers and channel Partners.
Managing group email inbox ensuring customer responses are met within agreed company SLA’s/expectations.
Maintain effective communication with all customers/suppliers and partners via the company CRM database.
Identifying any errors or potential pitfalls in the day to day operations, along with future possible issues that can affect the overall smooth running of the business.
Provide Network Support to our customers.
Be prepared to work “on call” as part of your schedule.
Skills & Experience required:
Industry Experience - Minimum of 2 years telecommunications
Understanding of WLR3, SIP, Connectivity, Hosted PBX, VoIP is preferred.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
Ability to listen and understand.
Good rapport building skills.
