Job Description :

Our client is an innovative telecoms business based in Uxbridge, looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with end-of-month tasks - Ensuring Accurate Billing through a set of quality check reports
  • Managing pricelists & the ordering portal - Insuring any price changes and correctly reflected and communicated to the partners
  • Analysing supplier pricing and reacting to changes
  • Auditing of supplier invoices and reporting discrepancies to suppliers
  • Generating Sales related reports using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access
  • Pro-active analysis of company performance
  • Assisting in the creation of new and maintaining existing Call Rate Cards
  • Assisting with Call Rate analysis
  • Management of the Business Operations Intranet and the Partner Portal

Mandatory Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access
  • Previous Experience in a Data Analysis Role
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
