Critical Resourcing is a recruitment consultancy business that delivers permanent and interim talent into the technology sector, with a focus on Business Operations, IT and Telecommunications.
The vision was born and took shape during 2012, as we established a strong client portfolio, placing experienced and talented people. We spent time developing both a strong client base and an extensive candidate talent pool, building relationships through trust and quality. We set out to gain a full understanding of our client’s businesses, their ethos, culture and challenges to ensure that we place candidates that match.
Working closely with our clients, we support them with business growth and take care of any headcount deficits, delivering high volumes of staff if required, on multiple work streams.
